Notes: Church photo from website. This project consists of the rebuilding of a 3-manual (31-rank) Wicks pipe organ from 1971. Some parts of the instrument date back to 1919 (unknown builder). The electrical system was replaced by Wicks in 1971 In recent years substantial problems with dead notes and dead stops, due to contact failure, have occurred. Congregation's desire was to have the overall tone of the organ broadened in 2013. The 1971 rebuild resulted in a very bright/top heavy sound. Swell and Choir Diapasons during 2013 rebuild are restored to 8' pitch rather than 4' and the Great Mixture repitched an octave lower. Information from Moe Pipe Organ Co.
