When it was decided to replace the old organ in 1973, a plan was made to install an antiphonal organ in the rear gallery complete with its own console. As the original organ was removed and the new main organ installed in 1974 the antiphonal organ served as the main organ. The Hook and Hastings is now installed at Bethany Lutheran in south Minneapolis. --Information from Casavant Freres, 2009 In January 2014, 44 16' open wood pedal pipes were added for the 16' Diapason and 10-2/3' Quintbass stops. In summer 2016 4 sampled digital ranks were added and 2 digital pedal ranks were replaced with sampled digital. The entire organ was converted to digital relay.
