The Pedal is split between the two. The Great chamber has sustained damage and the Great is about 25 to 30% playable. The Swell chamber is 70 to 75% playable. Also, the 8' Diapason in the Swell is missing the bottom octave. In May of 2004, Rutz Organ company provided an estimate of $95,330 to restore the organ. The work, which has not been performed, would include solid state relay/switching, new blower, new leather in the chests, pipes repaired, revoiced, tuned, and new key tops on the console.
