Builder: Robert L. Sipe & Assoc., 1967 Rebuild of Moller Opus 9121 Manuals: 4 (later 5) Ranks: 65 Action: Electro-pneumatic Notes: The original rebuilt Moller console was replaced with a 5-manual Laukhuff console. Dedication of the Sipe was played by Marie Claire Alain. Her improvisation theme was the hymn tune "St. Anne" upon which she improvised a series of variations and a fugue. For her encore she played the Bach St. Anne Fugue in E-flat. The antiphonal horizontal trumpet was new and she used it in the improvisation. Unfortunately, it did not entirely go off and during the middle section of the Bach there was one pipe that frequently played from the back organ! The large wood 16' Diapason was not retained by Sipe and it found its way into the Hendrickson organ at SS Peter & Paul in Mankato.
