The interior is made of mostly old pipes on cobbled together old wind chests. There are extremely dangerous holes that one could fall through, exposed high voltage wires, unreachable and collapsing pipes, as well as dead notes and dead stops. We politely told them we would not work on it unless it was rebuilt.
