1925: Organ originated at the Lincoln Theater in Danville, IL in 1925.

1929: was moved to the Delavan Theater in Delavant, WI as Op. 1086-B.

Intervening years: placed in storage in Duluth, MN.

1970s: acquired by Richard Hoosier, Minneapolis (Op. 1086-D).

1980s: purchased by Terry Kleven of Minneapolis. Many parts missing and had to be rebuilt (Op. 1086-E).
