Builder: Estey Organ Co., Op. 686, 1909. Manuals: 2 Ranks: Unknown Action: Unknown Notes: An organ technician (Randall Karstens) came in for a tuning in November 2019 and found a plate that said this was an Estey organ, Op. 686. The Estey pipe organ was installed in 1909. On the basis of $1,500 cost, industrialist and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie agreed to pay half, or $750, if the church would pay the first half. Carnegie is known for his gift of libraries, including the one in Marengo. The final cost of the organ was $1,825.
