Builder: John-Paul Buzard, 2002 Originally Austin Organ Co., Opus 1628, 1928; Opus 1628-A, 1948 Manuals: 4 Ranks: 43 Action: Universal Air Chest System; Electropneumatic Notes: Mechanical rebuild of the original 1928/1948 Austin with minor stoplist changes by John-Paul Buzard in 2002, including replacing the original Austin 3-manual stopkey console which stood to the right of the platform, with a rebuilt 4-manual drawknob console, front and center, originally built by Reuter for 1st Baptist Church in Wooster MA. The 1948 Echo, which spoke from the tower in the rear, was reconfigured into a Solo division with new electropneumatic chests by Buzard using original, relocated, and new pipework. The three 32-foot stops are digital 12-note extensions (Peterson) replacing a "Resultant" and a "Reed Harmonics" believed to date from 60's alterations. The church's Facebook page states that Kenwood United Methodist Church closed as of 6/3/18.
