(This congregation was originally in downtown St. Paul with a Hook & Hastings pipe organ. They moved "up to the hill" in 1912. The Hook & Hastings was placed in storage and subsequently sold to another congregation. This Moller came from St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral in Detroit, MI in 1921 and was moved by Moller. See separate entry for later Wicks instrument.)

Notes: Originally from St Paul’s Cathedral, Detroit, MI. Rebuilt by Moller and moved/installed in St Paul in 1921.

When St. Paul's Episcopal moved from Lowertown (downtown St. Paul) to "The Hill," they brought everything they could from their old building including pews, chancel furnishings, and stained glass.

The new building was designed by Emmanuel Masqueray and built in 1912.

The Lowertown church did have a pipe organ by Hook & Hastings. That instrument was put in storage at the time of the move. The congregation couldn't afford to install it in their new church, so it was sold to pay for the storage fee.
