Notes: Opened in 1920 (as the 1400-seat Astor Theatre. Owned by Finkelstein & Ruben (midwest theater owners/managers).

After only seven years the theatre was shuttered. It was then rebuilt in a Moorish-Oriental style by architect Thomas Farr Ellerbee, and reopened in late-1928 as the "Riviera" Theatre.

In 1976 the theatre was closed and ultimately razed.
