2481 Como Avenue
St Paul, MN 55108
The Seminary no longer uses the building. It has been for sale or has been sold as of February, 2020.

Builder: Casavant Freres, Opus 2956, 1966
Manuals: 2
Ranks: 22
Action: Electro-pneumatic

Notes: The organ was sold to St. John's Lutheran Church in Howard Lake, MN. Removed to storage in January, 2022, it will be rebuilt and expanded by Grandall & Engen in 2024.
Building designed by Sövik, Mathre, Madson of Northfield, MN.
Low humidity in this room caused a split in the top of the Great windchest which ran its entire length, exposing the action channels to atmosphere. With Casavant's assistance, this was repaired by Grandall & Engen LLC.
Weak zinc and the top-heavy bell of the Schalmei had caused it to bend over. Grandall & Engen LLC built a new, multi-level rack to hold it upright. It was sent to Chris Broome to be rehabilitated.
