This was a factory-customized "Style B" model with 5 ranks rather than the usual 3.

The Grand Theatre closed in 1935, was extensively remodeled, and reopened as the Gopher Theatre in 1938.

The organ was moved to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Minneapolis.

It has since been broken up for parts.
