Brian Williams Residence

13346 O Avenue
Parkersburg, IA 50665

Builder: Estey Organ Co., Op. 1705, 1919.
Manuals: 2
Ranks: Unknown
Action: Tubular pneumatic

Notes: Identified through online information from Bryan Williams. Estey Op. 1705 was originally installed in St Casimir's R.C. (Lithuanian) Church in Sioux City, IA in 1919. It remained there until the building was demolished in about the year 2000. It is in a free-standing case, design inspired by Estey Opus 1201 for St. Casimir (Polish) in Freeland, PA in 1913.

At that time (2000), it was relocated by parishioners to St Joseph's R.C. Church in Neptune, IA. I learned of the organ through the Dobson Organ Company; St Joseph's is scheduled for demolition in July, so I removed the organ. It is presently disassembled but it is my intent to repair it to its original condition without modifications.

Organ Historical Society as of 2012.
