Builder: Peter Duys originally Schaefer Organ Co., 1920s Manuals: 2 Ranks: 15 Action: Electropneumatic Notes: Now part of a 2-point parish: Sacred Heart Saint Patrick. The Neo-Romanesque church building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The organ's current stop tabs do not match what is actually in the organ, and some stops are not available any longer at the console. The stops listed here represent what is actually inside the organ, and a guess at what the original stoplist might have been. There is lavish marble in the chancel, but the entire ceiling is covered with acoustic tile. Acoustics could be glorious, but it is dead. - - David Engen -- Photos from church website and David Engen GREAT ORGAN 8' Open Diapason 8' Doppelflute 8' Melodia 8' Gemshorn 8' Dulciana 4' Octave 8' Trumpet SWELL ORGAN 16' Lieblich Gedeckt 8' Violin Diapason 8' Stopped Diapason (ext) 8' Salicional 8' Voix Celeste 8' Aeoline 4' Harmonic Flute 2-2/3' Nazard (ext) 2' Flute (ext) 8' Oboe Tremulant Chimes PEDAL ORGAN 16' Bourdon 16' Lieblich Gedeckt (Sw) 8' Violin Diapason (Sw) 8' Flute (Sw) |
